The fees include
Access to all scientific sessions and workshops, pocket programme, welcome reception (Thursday), coffee breaks and bag-lunch (Friday). Registration fees are in EURO and include VAT ( 21% in 2024 ).
Cancellation terms and conditions
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing by email to the Technical Secretariat-Bco Congresos (eric2024@bcocongresos.com) and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations notified in writing on or before the 26th of August will be 100% refunded less 50 EUR as administrative fee. No refund after this date.
- Reimbursements will be processed after the congress.

Passport, visa information
To enter Spain, you may need a Passport and/or a Visa, depending on the country you live in. Citizens from the European Community don’t need a Visa for entering Spain. Passports must be valid for up to six months (depending on your nationality) and are required by all, except by European Union nationals and nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, and Switzerland holding valid national ID cards. British, Australian, Canadian, American, and Japanese citizens need a valid passport.

- Cancellations received before 6 August 2022: Full refund and a charge of 50 EUR for administrative fees.
- Registrations which are cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
